There is a difference between a move-in and move-out clean.


A move-in clean is a full cleaning where every cabinet & surface is cleaned/disinfected so that you feel comfortable moving your personal items into your new home.

A move-out clean is also a full cleaning, but with less emphasis on cleaning the inside of cabinets and drawers.
The focus is on presenting a clean home to the next tenants.

All homes are to be empty and have AC, electricity and hot water.

Pricing is individualized and determined by size / condition of the home.
